Alas, my life starting with first blog post of my weekend!

Where do I begin?

I guess I can start with my thoughts. I always loved reading other peoples' blogs, their lives and other whatnot that came with it. In the past I attempted having a blog, but it never really stuck to it due to the will effort as well as the time itself. As a post undergraduate, I have had more time than ever and I think it is more than appropriate to start this out again and see where this new adventure of blogging can lead to. It is also a way of giving myself routine since I do not have college classes anymore as well as a side hobby to just reflect (well duh, that's what blogs are for) and give some space to other activities I enjoy doing.

And now lets start with what every young person in the world lives for: (The) Weekend

As I mentioned having so much free time, I actually have time to sit down, relax, and READ, with also watching whatever I want too. I guess it's the closest thing to a level of liberation since no obligations of school is not in existence. So yesterday, (2.7.15) my trip to the library was an adventurous one. The options of books to decide are vast yet wonderful. My library in my hometown also has movies, which is great for those of us who do not have Netflix or even a debit card to go to a Redbox (that's another story I won't explain why).

As of today, I started reading Lolita and oh my goodness, Vladimir Nabokov's writing has caught my attention to the max. I wish all literary writing in novels such as his can catch my attention span, for real though.

Living in the Midwest where our weather philosophy is like a box of chocolates, I went jogging 2 miles around my old high school track. Hands up for 63 degree Fahrenheit weather! (Sadly no photo from that time, but here's a view of the art gallery I intern at from Friday, courtesy of having Snapchat)

My toenails are enjoying this too. And yes, my tv is more retro than your tv.

And of course, you have Sunday nights which are always Downton Abbey nights (Sorry not sorry Grammy's, not relevant enough to beat Downton Night, or ever for that matter). For those who are fans and watched this episode, can we just say Mary's new hairstyle and burgundy dress was just absolutely spectacular??!!! I definitely can relate to a drastic hair change since I have done it. Then again, the time era of the show was 1924. The twenties was a glamorous time in every way possible, not that I lived in that era or anything like that, but don't we wish? And Edith, OMG EDITH. .  I'm dying to know what's going to happen to her but I guess we will have to wait till next Sunday.
